Why High On Wild

Hi, I’m Emilee—the heart behind High On Wild.

This brand started as a really simple idea:

I just wanted to create things that make people feel a little more alive and a little more at ease at the same time.

The first spark for High On Wild actually hit me this summer while hiking with Caleb. We spent so much time outside together — wandering trails, slowing down, talking about everything and nothing. And somewhere in the middle of those long walks, I kept noticing this feeling I couldn’t shake… that deep, overwhelming joy that only comes when you’re outside, breathing fresh air, moving your body, and not rushing through life.

That feeling is what I wanted to bottle up.

That’s where High On Wild began.

Apparel inspired by the mountains.

Candles inspired by nature.

Moments inspired by intentional living.

All rooted in the idea that life feels better when we let it slow down a little.

I wanted to create a space — and a brand — that encourages you to step outside more, breathe a little deeper, and notice the beauty hiding in the ordinary. To choose presence over pace. To live fully, not quickly. To find your own version of “wild,” whatever that looks like.

High On Wild is just my way of sharing the feeling I found on those trails with Caleb — that blend of adventure and comfort, outdoors and home, wild and slow.
